This page explains everything you need to know before uploading custom heads, bodies, shields, or gang pictures to GraalOnline Era. Uploads are one of the most fun ways to express yourself, but there are strict rules that must be followed.
Submitting files that break the rules will cause your upload to be rejected, or worse, your account could be punished if you spam uploads.

All customs must follow the default template size and structure:
Only upload what you created or have permission to use:
Flat-colored heads/bodies without shading will be rejected.
Absolutely no racism, gore, politics, nudity, or drug-related content.
Small bandanas, earrings, piercings, pacifiers, or simple ties are allowed.
Not allowed: Hats & glasses are not allowed.
Editing/reuploading staff-exclusive heads is forbidden.
Must be clean. No cut frames, stray pixels, or broken animation.
Bodies must be non-animated.
Small props (cups, necklaces, backpacks, wings, capes) are allowed, but not full weapons.
No over-sexualized bodies or extreme shapes.
Must be a simple fallen body. Blood puddle is allowed, but no blankets, props, or body bags.
Laptops, oversized items, hats/scarves drawn directly onto bodies.
Must not cover more than 50% of your character.
Inappropriate uploads can result in warnings, gang removal, or permanent ban.
Avoid using pure black #000000 or pure white #FFFFFF — they will appear as transparent.
Pitch-black or plain single-color heads/bodies will not be accepted.
All frames must be present.
Colors cannot change between frames (e.g., blue → pink).
Must be one solid color.

Many editors (GIMP, Photoshop, Pixlr, IbisPaint) let you preview GIF/PNG transparency and animation. Check for stray pixels or missing frames.
Events like Black Friday, Halloween, and Christmas usually offer big promotions with 20-50% discounts! Avoid selling uploads during discounts.
Customs are meant for fun. Unique styles, shading, and original art always have a higher chance of acceptance.
A: Yes. Your money won't be deducted if your upload gets rejected.
A: Usually less than 20 minutes, depending on staff activity. If it takes longer than 2 hours, that means no admin is currently approving uploads. Just log off and come back in a few hours. The upload will be approved, then you can open your game and you'll see a notice asking if you want to continue with the upload or not. If you click yes, your money will be taken and you'll have around 2 hours to get a full refund. If you refund, you'll earn an upload token instead of gralats.
To increase your chances of acceptance, keep your design clean, well-shaded, on-template, and original.
