Jobs Guide

Introduction to Graal Era Jobs

Jobs are essential for earning Gralats in Graal Era. This comprehensive guide covers all seven major jobs, their requirements, earnings potential, and expert tips to maximize your profits.

1. Mining

Mining is one of the most stable, long-term money makers in Era.

What you need:

  • A drill (cost ≈ 140 Gralats)
  • Battery replacements (≈ 80 Gralats) once drill battery dies

How it works:

Mine rocks to gradually level up. At higher levels, rocks spawn faster, increasing your earning potential.

Earnings:

At low level (level 0): ≈ 500 Gralats/hour

Earnings increase at higher levels due to faster rock spawn rates

Tips:

  • Rotate between several mining spots
  • Don't buy more than one drill - it's unnecessary
  • Use mining to also get EC/achievements at key levels

2. Pizza Making (Speedy Pizza)

Fast, active job; good early money and rewards.

What you need:

  • Pizza Peel tool (cost ≈ 40 Gralats)

How it works:

Go to Speedy Pizza shop. Pick up box, sauce, cheese, toppings, bake in oven.

Locations: Blackholst, Sea Side (Beach), Southridge, Veteran Pizzeria (unlock at ≈3,000 pizzas)

Earnings:

Each pizza: 7-22 Gralats (depending on ingredients)

Estimated 3,000-20,000 Gralats/day with consistent work

Tips:

  • Go during off-peak hours for oven
  • Use Veteran shop if unlocked (less crowded, faster)
  • Don't empty your oven

3. Digging / Shell Digging

Digging shells or shells + sand is a mid-tier job; decent profit if you keep working.

What you need:

  • A shovel (≈50 Gralats)

How it works:

Equip shovel, interact with sand spots. Shells/crab shells drop occasionally; crabs may appear and deal damage.

Earnings:

Crab shell: ≈6 Gralats; other shells vary

Realistic earnings lower than mining (high level)/pizza due to time between digs but good if you want to save for Trochus

Tips:

  • Keep health topped up (crabs damage) by making another account with healing melee to heal you 24 hours.

4. Car Missions (Delivery)

High travel, decent payout if you know the map.

What you need:

  • Access to mission via car mission NPCs
  • Own a car; map knowledge helps

How it works:

Pick up mission, drive to destinations, deliver passengers. Time & risk involved (you can't get damage if the passenger are with you in the car).

Earnings:

Moderate — better than slow jobs but more risk/time

Tips:

  • Car mission around VIP shop is the easiest
  • Know how to not get damage when you are trying to get a mission from the NPC in PK area

5. Mushroom Picking

Often underrated — good steady income if you have the tool.

What you need:

  • Mushroom Knife (≈250 Gralats) from mushroom shop

How it works:

Find mushroom patches; use knife to pick mushrooms (fill progress to 100%) then sell.

Earnings:

Mushrooms sell for ≈5 Gralats each

Earnings fluctuate based on pickup speed & competition

Tips:

  • Go when fewer players are around patches
  • Attack the mushroom patches and another player at the same time (if they are trying to steal your mushroom) to increase your earning rate
  • Get OP mushroom knife that can poison or confuse effect your competitors

6. Trash Picking

Easiest job to start; very low barrier.

What you need:

  • Trash pick (free at Recycling Depot)

How it works:

Walk around streets & open areas outside buildings, pick up trash objects (paper, bottles, etc.).

Earnings:

Trash items pay 4-6 Gralats per piece

Overall earnings low – best as filler or beginner job

Tips:

  • Cover more ground; picking many small items adds up
  • Combine with walking or exploration to multitask

7. Fishing

A relaxing job, high paced, less risky.

What you need:

  • Fishing rod tool

How it works:

Go to water areas, use rod, catch fish. Possibly lure under water or wait for fish to bite.

Earnings:

Considered high income but fish can't be traded

Tips:

  • Keep fishing to level up
